We've always banked exclusively with the large national banks until a couple of years ago when we shifted some of our business relationship to Champaign Bank in Dublin. Ruth Martin does a terrific job in making the process of opening accounts very smooth and efficient, and Nancy Mustaine always goes out of her way to attend to requests from handling deposits to notarizing documents and arranging wire transfers. You certainly get more personalized attention and friendlier service than at the larger national/regional banks. They know and greet you by name. They're always very accommodating with special requests. Even our kids get excited when we drop by the bank because they get treats. The little things do make a lot of difference.

The Historic Dublin Business Association has banked with Karrie and PNC (formally National City) for years. She's highly professional, runs a friendly branch and always goes above and beyond.
