Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Net Promoter Score is a metric that is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Ravers who rated a business from 0 to 6, from the percentage of Ravers who rated it 9 or 10 in terms of likelihood of recommending it to their family, friends, and social network. The higher the NPS, the better. Businesses with the most raving fans and, hence, the most enthusiastic customer referrals have NPS ratings of more than 50%.
