They Got the Job Done! Rating: 10 (Highly Recommend)

Our Bosch Nexxt Premium Dryer broke this past summer after 5 years of continuous service but before going out to buy a new one, we decided to get it fixed. It had been making this awful, shrieking sound when you turn it on, which got louder and louder to the point of driving anyone within 100 yards crazy! Of the three places we called in town, their technician was the first to show up. Early bird gets the worm, right? So we hired them. But just to keep them honest, we let the other two bid: but the lower of these two was at least 70% higher than what Capital City quoted us to fix the unit. Capital City's technician was very professional, was very thorough literally taking the unit apart, and ordered only those items that needed replacement. It took three visits spread over two weeks to fix the appliance due to parts issues. They called us at least 24 hours prior to each visit to confirm and remind us of the appointment which was helpful. We were not charged for the extra trips and the initial diagnostic fee of $65 was deducted from the final bill which came out to be about $220. We saved at least 80% by not going to Lowes and there's hopefully another 5 years left on that machine. Highly recommend them.
