We've used Keith Moyer and his company for a number of years to take care of winterizing the sprinkler system in our home. We first contacted them to start up the system in the spring during which their "guy" walked us through how it was done. Now we just call them to shut things off (can't do that on your own unless you have some special equipment). If you know how to shut the water line that leads to your sprinklers in the basement of your home, and turn off the system in your garage (or wherever it happens to be located) beforehand, then you don't even have to be around when they come by to flush the water out. Very straightforward process and these guys will do it with no hiccups whatsoever.
